چکیده
Minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) is the most used recent method in milling process that economical and environmentally friendly. The MQL can reduce temperature during process. high occurs carbide tool will affect tool’s life. use of cooling fluid a common to temperatures. However, remaining has an impact on pollution environment. Therefore, this study, novel approach for system based combined fan device was introduced called Chip fan. effect temperature, life, surface roughness investigated. Taylor equation calculate life data from experimental investigation. Subsequently, quality inspection conducted by using tester. spindle speed depth cut have proven make great peak but, there optimal point where made turbulence had passive system. utilization decreased more than half at medium 2241 rpm contribution low-speed processing only slight high-speed processing. متن کاملAnalysis of Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) for Different Coating Tools during Turning of TC11 Titanium Alloy
The tool coating and cooling strategy are two key factors when machining difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloy. In this paper, diamond coating was deposited on a commercial carbide insert as an attempt to increase the machinability of TC11 alloy during the turning process. An uncoated carbide insert and a commercial Al₂O₃/TiAlN-coated tool were also tested as a comparison. Furthermo...
